What shipping methods are available? and where?

We use USPS (United States Postal Service)

and Only in the U.S.A. We do not ship internationally

How fast is the shipping?

Most orders ship within 24 hours from the date of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). Items are shipped from Southern California during regular business hours. Our shipping methods and costs vary according to an items total weight. If items are out of stock you will be notified by our customer service department. “Shipping date” is NOT to be confused with the date an order is placed. When an order is placed, it must be proceed before it can be shipped. This processing takes between 1 and 2 business days for most orders. Only when the order is fully processed does it ship. The shipping date is the date on which the completed order is SHIPPED and NOT the date the order is placed.

Are there returns / exchanges

Yes, you have up to 30 days from the shipment date to return merchandise. Holliday returns are 30 days from Christmas Day, starting after November 1st. All items must be unused and in sellable condition. You may receive a refund or exchange. Clothing must be unused, unwashed, and in sellable condition with all tags attached.
